SAFARERA RECORDS
An independent record label built for independent artists. We handle distribution, publishing, marketing, and artist development — so you can focus on making music.
BY ARTISTS, FOR ARTISTS
Our Distribution Umbrella
SAFARERA × APEX MUSIC GROUP
Safarera Records operates under the Apex Music Group umbrella for distribution, connecting our artists and labels to a global distribution network while keeping our independent vision at the center.
The Deal
ARTISTS KEEP AND CONTROL
100% OF THEIR MASTERS
You sign the song, not the recording. Every master stays in your hands — you decide where it goes, who works on it, and what happens to it after release. No buyouts, no hidden transfers, no fine print.
WHAT WE OFFER
Everything an independent artist needs under one roof — no hidden fees, no gatekeeping.
MUSIC DISTRIBUTION
Get your music on every major platform — Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon, and more. We handle the logistics so you focus on the art.
PUBLISHING & LICENSING
Protect your work and collect what you're owed. We help with publishing administration, sync licensing, and royalty collection.
ARTIST DEVELOPMENT
From branding to rollout strategy, we guide independent artists through every phase of their career growth.
RECORDING SUPPORT
Access professional recording sessions at 203 Studios Oxnard with head engineer Nxro — at label-supported rates.
MARKETING & PROMOTION
Strategic digital campaigns, playlist pitching, social media strategy, and press outreach to amplify your release.
100% INDEPENDENT
No major-label strings attached. You keep your masters, your rights, and your creative freedom. Always.
OUR PROMISE
Independence isn't just a buzzword — it's how we operate.
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps from demo to release.
SUBMIT
Send us your music through the submission form — track, links, and a bit about you. No gatekeepers, no fees.
GET REVIEWED
Our A&R team listens to every submission. If it's a fit, we reach out with a plan built around your goals.
RELEASE & GROW
We distribute, pitch, and market your release — then track royalties and grow the catalog with you.

FOUNDER & A&R
NXRO — N2SOL
Safarera Records was founded by Nxro (Nando) — a recording engineer, A&R, and artist advocate with over 5 years in the industry. After seeing too many talented artists get overlooked or locked into bad deals, he built Safarera as a home for independents who want real support without giving up ownership.
